About the Founder & Lead Executive Coach
Through WillowRoots Leadership Consulting & Coaching, I bring 30 years of experience as an educator, executive leadership coach, and senior safety leader. My work in complex, high‑stakes environments, and my roles as a mother and wife, shape the grounded, human‑centred approach we bring to every client.
My background spans frontline service as a Gunner with the 7th Toronto Artillery Regiment, security guard to leading multidisciplinary teams as a Senior Director in post‑secondary Campus Safety Operations in Toronto. These experiences reinforce our commitment to clarity, integrity, and people‑first leadership.
With a Master of Education from Brock University, coaching certifications, and roles as a guest speaker and part‑time instructor in Emergency Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, I remain a lifelong learner. At WillowRoots, we help emerging and seasoned leaders find their voice, lead with empathy, and show up with confidence, especially when it matters most.
