Refund Policy

1. General Principle

We are committed to delivering exceptional value in every engagement. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us — we will work with you to make it right.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit toward a future session
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund; the remaining balance may be applied as a credit
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund. The session fee is forfeited
• After a completed session: Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered

3. Coaching Packages & Retainers

• Before the first session: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the engagement start date
• After the first session: A prorated refund may be issued for unused sessions, less a 15% administration fee, at our discretion
• Monthly retainers: Cancellations must be provided in writing with 30 days notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once the month has commenced

4. LCP Assessments

The Leadership Circle Profile™ assessment fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been activated or administered, as these costs are incurred directly with The Leadership Circle™.

5. Workshops & Facilitation

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund less any third-party costs already incurred
• 14–30 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before event: No refund; a credit toward future services may be offered at our discretion

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@willowrootsleadership.ca with:

• Your name and the service purchased
• The date of payment
• The reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. E-Transfer refunds are processed within 2 business days.
