1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing willowrootsleadership.ca or engaging any service offered by Willow Roots Leadership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Willow Roots Leadership provides leadership coaching, strategic consulting, facilitation, and training services as described on our website. All services are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable GST/HST.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. The most current information is always available at willowrootsleadership.ca.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed service agreement
• Unless otherwise specified, payment is due 14 days prior to the first engagement
• Accepted payment methods: E-Transfer to info@willowrootsleadership.ca, Visa, and Mastercard via our secure payment portal
• Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each month
• Multi-month packages paid in full receive the applicable discount as described in the service listing

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours notice: Full credit or reschedule at no charge
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee is forfeited
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: Full session fee is forfeited
• Willow Roots Leadership reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification and a full reschedule offered at no cost to the client

5. Intellectual Property

All content on willowrootsleadership.ca — including frameworks, resources, blog posts, worksheets, and session materials — is the intellectual property of Willow Roots Leadership unless otherwise noted.

Materials shared with clients during engagements are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in training programs without prior written permission.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is the intellectual property of The Leadership Circle™ and is used under authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Willow Roots Leadership provides coaching and consulting as a professional support service. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through mediation or arbitration in Ontario.
